Six piece band from Wellington, NZ, formed in 1997. Their first album was released via [l=Capital Recordings]. After that label ceased trading they moved to [l=Festival Mushroom Records] for their second, and then to [l=Flying Nun Records] for their third.

Their fourth album, Buffalo, was the first on their own label, released via EMI Music New Zealand Ltd.
