Rock band from Olympia, WA, which was influenced by the likes of [a=Melvins] and [a=Black Sabbath].

They formed in 1990 and released most of their records for [a=Calvin Johnson] label [l=K].

Karp broke up in 1998 with members moving on to other bands, including [a=Whip, The (2)] and [a=Big Business].

Drummer Scott Jerrigan died in a bizarre boating accident in 2003.
