Dizzy Mizz Lizzy was formed on the Hanssted School in Valby, Copenhagen in 1988.
In 1993 they won The Danish Rock Championship, and the year after they released their self-titled debut album [i]Dizzy Mizz Lizzy[/i]. The album sold 220.000 copies in Denmark, and is to this day the best selling rock album in Denmark.
In 1996 they released [i]Rotator[/i], which also did very good in Denmark.
On March 19th, 1998, the band officially disbanded.
