Alain Caron is a Canadian bassist from Québec. He is almost considered as the best bass player of those last decades.
In the 80's, he formed the band '''UZEB''' with [a=Michel Cusson] and [a=Paul Brochu]. '''UZEB''' was a famous jazz fusion trio which was particularly involved in using synthesizers and a lot of digitally controled musical instruments. Then, in the 90's he formed '''Le Band''', a quite larger band, including the finest jazz fusion musicians from Canada or France. He also performed with famous drummer [a=Dennis Chambers], guitarist [a=Jean-Marie Ecay], and violonist [a=Didier Lockwood].
