Alto saxophonist and flautist, born March 9th, 1957 in Manchester (USA)

died February 13, 1998

From 1981 to 1986 he toured with [a=Lionel Hampton] as lead saxophonist and musical director of the band. He also performed with [a=Chico Hamilton]'s band from 1988 to 1989.

In the 90's he formed his own groups, most notably a trio and worked with all the jazz "avantgarde" NYC scene musicians.

Over his career he recorded fifteen albums.
