The Danish rap-group Humleridderne (meaning Knights of the Hop) was founded in 1987, in Tårnby. Denmark. The band is known for their love for beer and was a big part of the theme in their early releases.

Their first album from 1995 "Jeg Gi'r En Omgang Hvis Du Gi'r To!!", sold nearly 100.000 copies and gave them two Danish Grammy Awards for Best New Act and Best Rap Album. It was followed by "En Genial Gaveidé" (30.000 copies) in 1997. In 1999 came "Typisk Tårnby" (9000 copies) and in 2003 their fourth and final studio album "Supersky" (2000 copies).
