Producer, DJ and media artist Filipe Galante, currently living in London, started making music during his early teens. Filipe started his career by producing both electronic and rock bands and with releases such as Decompress as SPECTRALSONIC on the label Monocromatica. His solo career kicked off in 2002 when he started djing and producing his first techno disco and electro dance orientated tracks as PIXEL82. "Keep the dancing" was released in 2005 by CO2 Recordings. In 2006, "Want to Stay?" was released on Bloop Records as part of a compilation plus a remix. His first EP, "Electric Shock EP" is released in 20 September 2006 by LDR. He has also been djing and showcasing his powerfull live acts all over Europe, including London, Portugal and Spain. Besides his own production work, PIXEL82 remixed "Love Kills" by Freddie Mercury for EMI for "The Very Best Of Freddie Mercury Solo" in 2006.
The future seems bright for PIXEL82.
