Michael Canning emerged from the art and improv music scene of central Auckland in New Zealand in the early 1990's. He emigrated to England in 1995 and has produced and released numerous solo and collaborative projects on the Dervish, Bliss, and Ghostjogger labels since that time. His material also appears on compilation albums - 'The Money Shot' (Little Army 1997), and 'The Clock Machine Turns You On' (Malicious Damage 2005).
