Jean-Claude Eloy (June 15, 1938, Mont-Saint-Aignan, France) is a French composer.

Eloy studied at "Conservatoire supérieur de musique de Paris", where he won first prizes in piano, chamber music, counterpoint, Ondes Martenot, and studied composition with [a=Darius Milhaud]. He attended summer courses at Darmstadt and was a student in composition in [a=Pierre Boulez] master class at Musik-Akademie Basel (1961-1963).
